How to Cancel Your Order
Most orders can be canceled within a 30-minute window of placement. Once an order moves into the "Processing" or "Shipped" phase, we are unable to stop the delivery, and you will need to initiate a return instead.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log In to Your Account Go to our website and click on the Sign In icon at the top right corner. Enter your email and password.
Navigate to "Order History" Once logged in, click on your profile name and select My Orders from the dropdown menu.
Locate the Order Find the specific order you wish to cancel. If the order is still eligible for cancellation, you will see a Cancel Order button next to the order details.
Confirm Cancellation Click the button and select your reason for canceling (this helps us improve!). You will receive an immediate pop-up confirming the request.
Check Your Email A formal cancellation confirmation will be sent to your inbox within minutes. This email will also include details regarding your refund.
Important Notes
Refund Timeline: Your refund will be processed immediately, but it typically takes 3–5 business days to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
Guest Checkout: If you placed an order as a guest, please use the "Track Order" link found in your original confirmation email to access the cancellation portal.
Partial Cancellations: At this time, we cannot cancel individual items within a multi-item order. You must cancel the entire order and place a new one for the desired items.
